Requisition
Requisition
Requisition of your legal records involves our reception of your requests.
When we obtain a request for records, our team implements several preliminary steps to eliminate the possibility of obtaining duplicate records. To do this, we check for any previous requests sent to us regarding the Name on Record for that specific case.
Once the request has been thoroughly reviewed, we will enter the case information into our system and gather all elements necessary to ensure complete compliance with the Michigan Court Rules.
Your requests for records may be uploaded via the “request upload portal” on our website – OR – submitted to us in any of these various forms: standard US Postal Service mail, facsimile, email, telephone, or we can pick them up in person.

Our extensive database is comprised of information that has been gathered over the course of more than 20 years of practice.
